Returns

There is no returns under any circumstances unless the product is damaged in transit. Unboxing video is mandatory without which product will not be accepted for returns.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order please send an email to online@veeana.com Please include the word “”CANCEL”” and your order number in the subject of the email. Please briefly indicate why you would like to cancel the order. Once your order cancellation email is received, we will cancel your order and send you a confirmation email of this. Please note, if the cancellation request isn’t sent before the item is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

What if someone receives an incorrect item?

We have a number of checks in place to try and ensure the accuracy of the orders we are delivering. If you have received an item which is different to that which you ordered please contact us immediately.

Products damaged

Almost care is taken in packaging of the products at our Distribution Centers. We assure our customers that our Product(s) cannot be damaged during transportation. Our packaging and logistics department ensure that the product(s) are carefully packaged.

Steps to return a product

The condition of product should be in original packed condition as you had received it. We will not accept any opened or used product. Please pack it as you had received it safe and inform us. Please send it back through any courier and once we receive the package in our warehouse in good condition we will process your refund in 24 hours. Customers peace of mind is the most important for us. We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return and a valid receipt as proof of purchase. Please contact us before making any returns.

You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps:

• Place your item in its original packaging .

• Mention your order number on a paper, or insert the original invoice

• Seal the package properly

• Send it to us

We advise you to use a courier company that can provide you with a tracking number for the return. Please also ensure that we should receive the product back within 5 days of sending us the request, otherwise the product will be ineligible for return.

Mode for Refund

Once your return is received and inspected by our returns team (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 5-30 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. How will you receive your refund

If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account(same mode of payment).

If the payment made was by Cash, we will send a cheque to the billing address or make Bank transfers/NEFT payments from our company bank account.

How long will the refund process take?

Typically the refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your items. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

NEFT/Bank transfers: It would take 4 working days for it to be deposited into your account.

Cheques: It would take 2 working days for it to be mailed to you and may take a few days for the cheque to be delivered at your billing address.

Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking: We process it in 2 working days but it may take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
